Simplified to the bare necessities. Hand forged carbon steel skillet. Each skillet takes around 10 hours to forge, rivet, polish, and season. That translates to ~10,000 individual hammer strikes. (yes, I counted!)
The perfect size for your breakfast omelet. (Steak and eggs are my favorite.) These skillets are faster to season than cast iron and a pleasure to use at a fraction of the weight. Carbon steel is conductive, allowing great temperature control during cooking and the handle's length keeps it comfortable to use.
Measurements, 8 inches from lip to lip. 1 3/8 inches tall with 7 inches of cooking surface. Due to the nature of handmade techniques, every skillet varies in exact dimensions.
Skillets may also be personalized to make the perfect gift.
