Simplified to the bare necessities. Hand forged carbon steel skillet. Each skillet takes 12 hours to forge, rivet, polish, and season. This translates to around ~12,500 individual hammer strikes, (yes, I counted).
Our most popular size! Carbon steel skillet made in 10 inches. This is my favorite skillet at home, it perfectly cooks enough for my wife and myself. These skillets are faster to season than cast iron and a pleasure to use at nearly half the weight. Carbon steel is conductive, allowing great temperature control during cooking and the handle's length keeps it comfortable to use.
Measurements, 10 inches from lip to lip and 9 inch cooking surface. 1 1/2 inches tall. Due to the nature of handmade techniques, every skillet varies in exact dimensions.
Skillets may also be personalized to make the perfect gift.
